How to write a resume
履歴書とは何ですか?
履歴書とは、氏名や住所、学歴などの「プロフィール」と、志望や自己PRなどの「人柄」をまとめた書類です。応募企業への熱意だけでなく、自分を雇うメリットも伝わる重要な書類です。
採用担当者が履歴書を見て、直接話すかどうかを判断しますので、正しく慎重に作成する必要があります。
書類作成のポイントを解説しますので、参考にしながら履歴書を作成しましょう。

申請者のプロフィールを確認する部分です。
氏名、現住所、連絡先などの個人情報を入力します。

If you have a license or qualification that you are currently studying, it is a good idea to write “I am studying for acquisition” to show that you are working hard to acquire it.
Those who wish to work in Japan with a status of residence of a specific skill must enter that they have passed or are studying for a specific skill evaluation test in each industry.
You can appeal that the industry that requires English proficiency has a TOEIC score of 800 or higher.

Motivation
In the motivation, write the reason why you want to work for the company.
The motives for positive reasons such as skill improvement and interest are good, but the motives for negative reasons such as relationships, working styles, and family circumstances are not good.
Write a convincing motivation for your aspiration, and write down the background and episodes that led to your application, and your enthusiasm for what you want to do after joining the company.
Communicating your thoughts on the company in your own words, rather than in mundane sentences, will make it easier for the hiring company to catch your eye.

・ Write “Your company” as the applicant company. “Your company” is a spoken language, so I don’t use it when writing documents.
Self-PR
Self-promotion is very important when hiring.
Describe who you are, what your strengths are, and how you will become a force after joining the company.
We recommend that you look at yourself objectively and analyze yourself.By analyzing, you can understand your strengths and weaknesses.
When writing a sentence, it is important to express it in your own words as well as your motivation.
In addition, conduct a company analysis as well, and after understanding the company, let’s appeal that you are a suitable person.

Personal request entry field
If the same company is recruiting for multiple job types, enter the desired job type, possible hire / retirement date, contact information during the day, and if there are any conditions that cannot be transferred.
If you do not have any particular request, enter “I will comply with your company’s regulations”.
The blanks are indistinguishable from omissions, so be sure to fill in something.Filling in salary and treatment aspects is preceded only by conditions and does not give a good impression.
